The free inspection model also means that when we do find damage, the homeowner trusts that we're not manufacturing a problem to sell a job. Every finding is documented with photographs and explained clearly.
If you have a claim-worthy event, the inspection becomes the foundation for your insurance documentation. We use it at the adjuster meeting to ensure every covered item is included in the approved scope.
Do you charge anything if there's no damage?

Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Yes, we ask that you or a household member be present so we can walk through findings with you and answer questions in person. We'll coordinate a time that works for your schedule.
