These terms govern your use of squareconstruction.biz and any related features, including the AI chat assistant. Square Construction, LLC. (“Square”, “we”) operates the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law or harm anyone.
• Try to access systems or data you’re not authorized to access.
• Send the AI assistant content that’s harassing, threatening, hateful, or illegal.
• Try to manipulate or jailbreak the assistant, or use it to generate content unrelated to roofing, exterior restoration, or our services.
• Submit false information to the chat or contact form for the purpose of misleading us.
• Scrape the site or the chat at volumes that interfere with its operation.

About the AI chat

The chat assistant is powered by an AI language model. It produces responses based on patterns in its training and the context of your conversation. Some things to keep in mind:

• The assistant is informational only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, an inspection, or a written estimate.
• The assistant does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. For specific policy or legal questions, talk to your insurance carrier, agent, or attorney.
• Square is not licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and the assistant will not claim otherwise. Texas does not license roofing contractors at the state level.
• Square is not a public adjuster and does not negotiate, advocate, or act on your behalf with your insurance carrier. Square attends adjuster meetings, documents damage, and presents the scope.
• Square does not eat, waive, or rebate insurance deductibles. Anyone who offers to is breaking Texas law.
• AI replies can be wrong or out of date. Always verify important details with us at 214.621.7376 or with your insurance carrier before acting on them.
• Conversations are logged for quality, abuse prevention, and product improvement — see our Privacy Policy.

Photo upload (future feature)

A future version of the chat may let you upload photos of your home for tasks like a shingle-render preview. When that feature ships, it will have its own specific terms covering ownership, processing, and retention. Until then, please do not upload photos through the chat.

Intellectual property

The site content — including the brand, photos, logos, copy, and design — is owned by Square Construction or licensed to us. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t copy, scrape, repackage, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and the AI assistant are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the assistant’s responses will be accurate, complete, or current.

Information about insurance, materials, pricing, timelines, and code requirements is general guidance and is always subject to inspection, your specific policy, and applicable local rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Square Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or the AI assistant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
